What's our mission?
The founders
Mission Riviera prestige real estate was founded by Dan and Sara Norris, an entrepreneurial husband and wife team with a passion for property. Their inspiration behind Mission Riviera was simple – to make their dream of the ultimate international real estate agency a reality.
Dan and Sara have years of direct experience in high net worth client sales and demanding customer service environments, building strong businesses around their personal interests, taste and principals.
Originally bought together by their joint love of cars and the French Riviera, Dan has carved a distinguished niche in both real estate sales – supported by Sara’s professional eye for photography, video and media – and real estate sales management, having built a successful team of agents along the Cote d’Azur and into Provence as part of one of France’s biggest agencies.
Frustrated by lack of innovation and inspired by the beauty of the French Riviera, Dan and Sara struck out on their own with one mission in mind – to bring their high standards, innovative ideas and attention to detail to a new type of real estate agency – one that they could really be proud of.
Combining Sara’s expertise in innovative media and marketing with Dan’s sales and management skills, Mission Riviera became an immediate draw for some of the best agents in the area, helping build a team that is taking the Riviera by storm.
Speaking fluent French, and armed with 25 years’ experience of living and working in France, Dan is perfectly placed to represent an international base of clients looking to buy or sell on the French Riviera. Dan’s work with internationally renowned UK specialist BMW dealer Munich Legends – a company he still loves and is deeply involved with – has introduced him to a wide global network of clients, from princes to pop stars, international collectors and media personalities, and a unique insight into the demands of HNW clients, enthusiasts and the international media.
As the founder and inspiration behind Colcorsa, one of Europe’s leading luxury supercar tour providers, Sara has built her own impressive roster of international contacts, from football club managers to leading tech company founders, industry leaders and major corporate clients, all of whom have been drawn to Sara’s organisational skills, unwavering attention to detail, and discreet approach to business.
