Next, having appointed a small selection of agency partners (where relevant) – who will individually receive direct instruction to market your property – your agent will then make sure the full details are made available to the complete network of agents in your area – giving you unlimited presence where it counts.
With our exclusive VIP sales manager service, your property can be published through several ‘agent only’ online networks – private inter-agency property sharing platforms not available to the public. The leading agencies in your area will be able to find your property simply and quickly, using search criteria such as price, property type, location and disposition. Those agencies will then be able to arrange visits through your sales manager, and with permission, present your property to any potential client. This whole process will be overseen by your sales manager on your behalf.
We will enter into fee-sharing arrangements with any third party agencies who are appointed to the project – meaning there is no additional cost to you.
